Below is an antique sideboard. This is part of a large kitchen set that was damaged by water and smoke in a fire. This piece was restored without stripping. The finish was cleaned, and then amalgamated. Repairs were made as needed then colored to blend into the surrounding areas. French polishing was used to apply fresh lacquer as needed to match the luster and depth of the existing finish.
