A nice oak picture frame, painted and coming apart at the corners. 

 

Years of paint covered the nice quarter sawn oak grain.

The paint was embedded in to the grain requiring a little extra effort to remove.

Once stripped the frame was disassembled, all the old glue was removed to ensure proper adhesion of the new glue.

Finished to the customers color and satin lacquer, the mirror was remounted with a new backing and delivered.

We don't normally hang mirrors for customers but, we made an exception here as no one else was available.
